School cleaning in Bendigo and central Victoria
We clean government, Catholic and independent schools across Bendigo and central Victoria, and hold Department of Education Cleaning Panel Status #168.
Every cleaner is our own employee, holds a Working With Children Check, and is trained on your site before they start.
Who’s in your building
Every cleaner on your site is our employee. We don’t subcontract, and we don’t send whoever is available that week.
The same person cleans your school, so they learn the site — which rooms need what, where the problems are, what the school expects. They hold a Working With Children Check and a National Police Check, and they’re inducted on your campus before their first shift.
When they’re away, we arrange the cover and brief the replacement. That’s our job, not your business manager’s.
Built around the school year
During term. Cleaning is scheduled before or after school hours. Frequency depends on the size of the school and what the site actually needs — daily for most, less for smaller campuses. Where a site does need something done during the day, it’s arranged with you in advance.
During holidays. Hours drop back sharply, because the buildings aren’t being used. That’s also when the heavier work happens: carpet cleaning, strip and seal, floor buffing, and the jobs that can’t be done around a running school.
One invoice amount, every month. Your hours vary enormously across the year, but your invoice doesn’t have to. We average the annual cost across twelve months so the figure is the same every time. For a school working to a fixed budget, that removes a planning problem rather than creating one.
What schools tell us matters
Security. Keys, alarms and after-hours access, handled by people the school knows.
Focus areas. Every school has the spots that matter most — the ones parents notice, the ones that fail an inspection. We agree those up front and check against them.
Infection prevention. High-touch surfaces, bathrooms, sick bays and shared equipment, cleaned to a standard that holds up through a winter term.
Reliability. When a cleaner is away, the school still has to open. With more than 80 staff across the region, cover is arranged by us.
Working within a budget. Most schools need more done than the budget allows. We’ll tell you honestly what can be achieved for the money, and where we’d put it first. If the budget changes, the scope can change with it.

- Gymnasiums and hard floor areas
- Rubbish removal and bin management
- All chemicals and equipment supplied
Periodic work scheduled into the holidays includes carpet steam cleaning, hard floor stripping and sealing, buffing, high dusting, and window cleaning.

Common questions
Do you hold Department of Education Panel Status?
Yes, #168.
Do you clean Catholic and independent schools?
Yes. We work with government, Catholic and independent schools across Bendigo and central Victoria.
How do regional schools choose a cleaner?
Unlike metropolitan schools, which are centrally contracted, regional schools receive funding directly and run their own procurement — for up to five years at a time. That means the decision sits with your school.
Do your cleaners work while students are on site?
Term-time cleaning is scheduled before or after school hours. Occasionally a site needs something done during the day, and that’s arranged with you beforehand.
What happens during school holidays?
Regular hours reduce, and we use the time for periodic work that can’t be done during term — carpets, floor stripping and sealing, buffing and high dusting.
How is it invoiced?
We average the annual cost across twelve months, so the invoice is the same every month regardless of term or holiday periods.
What if our budget doesn’t cover everything we need?
Tell us the budget and we’ll tell you honestly what it covers and where we’d prioritise. Scope can be adjusted as budgets change.
