How we reach upper storeys
We use a purified water system with extension poles, working from the ground up to three storeys. Purified water dries without spotting, so the glass doesn’t need to be squeegeed by hand.
That means no scaffolding, no cherry picker, and no hire cost passed on to you.
Above three storeys we’re out. Anything needing rope access or an elevated work platform sits outside what we do, and we’ll tell you at the quote stage rather than after you’ve signed.
Damage is the risk, not dirt
Window cleaning is simple work done badly more often than you’d expect.
Scratched glass, damaged frames and seals, water getting inside, and scratched solar panels, which is expensive and can affect the panel warranty.
Our cleaners are trained and supervised, they’re our employees rather than subcontractors, and we carry $30 million public liability insurance. If something did go wrong, you’re covered.
Scheduled or one-off
Most commercial window cleaning is periodic: quarterly, half-yearly, or scheduled alongside an existing cleaning contract so it’s one arrangement and one invoice.
We also quote one-off jobs. A shopfront before an opening, glass after a fit-out, panels before summer.

How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
Most sites settle on quarterly. Shopfronts and anything near a main road usually want it more often.
Do you clean solar panels?
Yes, using the same purified water system. Clean panels generate more, and the water leaves no residue.
How high can you reach?
Up to three storeys, from the ground, using extension poles. Rope access and elevated work platforms are outside our scope, and we’ll say so when we quote.
Can window cleaning be part of our regular contract?
Yes. Most clients schedule it into an existing contract so it’s one arrangement and one invoice.
