No experience? That’s fine.
Plenty of our team had never worked as cleaners before they joined us. We train people properly from the start, and sometimes it’s easier to learn good habits than to unlearn old ones.
What matters more to us is attitude: being reliable, taking care with the work, and being willing to learn. Experience helps, but it isn’t essential.

Our training and on-site systems are set up so that instructions are clear and easy to follow, whatever way you learn best. If there’s anything that would help you do the job well, tell us and we’ll work it out together.
Room to grow
If you want to move up, there’s a path. Several of our current supervisors and managers started out as cleaners with us.
Not everyone wants to, and that’s fine too. Plenty of our team are happy doing the job well, and we value that just as much.
How it works
Most people start with us as a casual while they’re trained and settled in. Part-time and full-time roles are also available.
Most cleaning happens outside business hours, so roles usually involve early mornings, evenings or weekends.
What helps

- A National Police Check, and a Working With Children Check for school and early learning sites, or willing to get them
- For some roles covering more than one site, a driver’s licence
Nice to have, but not needed:
- Cleaning experience in any setting
- Certificate II or III in Cleaning Operations
- First aid, manual handling or chemical handling training

No. We train everyone properly, and a good attitude matters more to us than experience.

Yes. Every new starter is inducted in safe work practices, chemical handling and the requirements of their site before they begin.
