Industrial cleaning means different things to different contractors, so here’s our scope.
We clean
- Amenities, bathrooms and shower facilities
- Crib rooms, kitchens and dining areas
- Change rooms and lockers
- Offices, meeting rooms and administration areas
- Corridors, entries and common areas
- Workshop and hard floor areas
We don’t clean
- Machinery, process equipment or production lines
- Confined spaces and lift pits
- Anything below ground — on mine sites we work above ground only
- Production-area sanitation on food processing sites
If a job needs specialised industrial cleaning we’ll say so rather than take it on and learn on your site.
Working around your operation
Some sites we clean after hours. Others run seven days across multiple shifts with no quiet window, so we work alongside the operation.
Both are normal for us. The schedule is built around how your site runs, and it changes when your production pattern does.
Inductions and compliance
We work within whatever contractor management system your site uses, and complete site-specific inductions before anyone starts.
Because our cleaners are employed by us rather than subcontracted, the people inducted to your site are the people who turn up to it. Inductions are tied to individuals, so that matters more here than it does in an office.
Also included
Alongside the regular scope above, contracts include rubbish and bin management, and all chemicals and equipment supplied.

Are your staff inducted?
Yes, through your contractor management system and any site-specific induction you require, before they start.
Do you do confined space work?
No. Confined spaces, lift pits and below-ground work sit outside our scope.
