About us and your site
What areas do you service?
Bendigo and its suburbs, and towns across central Victoria including Castlemaine, Kyneton, Heathcote, Echuca, Maryborough, Maldon, Harcourt and Inglewood. For larger contracts we work further out, including Ballarat, Shepparton and Horsham. See the areas we service.
How often can you clean our site?
As often as the site needs, from daily through to weekly, fortnightly or periodic work: monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual deep cleans, plus one-off and end-of-term cleans. We build the schedule around your operating hours.
Do you supply your own chemicals and equipment?
Yes. We supply and maintain everything needed for your clean. You don’t need to provide anything.
Contracts, quotes and invoicing
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Most of our clients are on a month-by-month arrangement. Some choose multi-year contracts, usually where a tender or procurement process calls for one. We’ll work to whichever suits your site.
How much does it cost, and how long does a quote take?
Every quote is free and no-obligation, based on a walkthrough of your site and what you need cleaned, how often. How quickly depends on the site. A straightforward one can be quoted within hours. Something larger, or with several buildings to walk through, takes a few days.
How do we pay, and how are we invoiced?
Monthly, on 30 day terms.
Can our costs be spread evenly across the year?
Yes. Where the work varies across the year, as it does for schools, we can average the annual cost across twelve months so the invoice is the same every month.
Our people and compliance
Do you use contractors or subcontractors?
No. Every clean is carried out by our own local employees. That means consistent teams, consistent standards, and one company accountable for the work on your site.
Are your staff police-checked?
Yes. Every staff member holds a National Police Check. Staff working at schools and early learning services also hold a Working With Children Check. Everyone is paid correct award wages and entitlements.
What insurance do you carry?
$30 million public liability insurance and full WorkCover for every employee. Certificates of currency are available on request for procurement and tender processes.
Can you meet government, school or tender compliance requirements?
Yes. We hold Department of Education Cleaning Panel Status #168, a Victorian Labour Hire Licence, and Portable Long Service Authority registration. Insurance certificates, staff vetting records and other documentation are available on request. Our compliance information.
Standards and green cleaning
What happens if something is missed?
Contact your contract manager or site supervisor. If it’s urgent we’ll come back and put it right at no charge. If it isn’t, we’ll pick it up on the next visit. Every site has a direct, named point of contact, not a call centre.
Do you offer green or environmentally friendly cleaning?
Chemicals are selected to be non-hazardous and biodegradable wherever possible, and we buy from Bendigo-based manufacturers. Containers go back to the manufacturer or to us for reuse, and microfibre reduces or removes the need for chemicals altogether on non-porous surfaces.
